Instructions

  1. Tell us who is submitting this nomination. Anyone can nominate a group or organization.
  2. Tell us about who you’re nominating for the Prize. We need the name of the Lead Organization, the main contact, and the campaign website if there is one.
  3. List the groups involved in the campaign. If multiple groups are involved in the campaign, use the green plus button to list them all. At least one Campaign Partner must be an Ontario-based charitable organization. Registered charity information can be found using this list of charities from the Canada Revenue Agency.
  4. Tell us about the campaign. We welcome campaign materials. You can provide no more than three items or hyperlinks to help us better understand the campaign, e.g. flyers, media coverage, policy briefs, digital posts, or short videos.
  5. Submit your nomination. Upon completing your nomination, hit Submit. You will receive a confirmation in your inbox. Up until October 7 you can hit Save to create a draft link to collaborate with others or finish later. Check your spam folder if the link to your draft does not appear immediately in your inbox.
